We had a wonderful workshop on Yoga in Schools in Taipei, with most sincere and inspiring teachers. Geeta organized the program and we all enjoyed her care and planning. The workshop covered four subjects:
Yoga and Western anatomy (with special focus on the link between muscle lines and meridians)
Yoga concept of the mind and child development/ pedagogy.
How to help handicapped/ special children with yoga.
How to integrate yoga into the school system.
The weather and environment were so fine that we did some nice stretching out under the trees.
Our next workshop will be March 8th, in Taichung. The focus will be on KG and elementary schools.
