Yama and Niyama are part of the Yoga discipline. They are guidelines for daily life and personal growth, and indispensable for any one aiming to develop a life devoted to nurturing the inner self.Yama and Niyama are also part of the school curriculum of New Humanist Education. We are now preparing ten little booklets with a story for each topic of the guidelines and hope to publish them before the start of the next semester (August 2009). The teacher guide called 'Values of Love' is already done. The Arunima is currently drawing the pictures of the central character in these ten tales, all based on Superbunny. We will let you soon know more about Superbunny and his publishing adventures!
